Dr. Fagoora has been practicing in Fresno for 20 years, 15 of which as a refractive surgeon. In that time he
has performed over 6,000 refractive procedures. Dr. Fagoora began performing LASIK surgery in 1998 and has done
over 3,000 procedures. After learning of the cutting-edge benefits of the new EPI-LASEK procedure in 2001, Dr. Fagoora
set out to learn it and bring it to the residents of Fresno and California's San Joaquin Valley. Today, Dr. Fagoora is
the first surgeon performing the technique in the Valley.
He belongs to the many of the most prestigious organizations in his profession. Dr. Fagoora is a fellow of the American Academy
of Ophthalmology (AAO) and is a member of the American Academy of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
Dr. Fagoora is constantly researching and learning about the technology and techniques that can deliver better results and
