Dr. Leach is one of only a few eye doctors in Florida
to have completed two years of specialty training in cornea and
laser vision correction and is a specialist in this area. He was
one of the first co-investigators with the FDA Excimer Laser Study
for the correction of nearsightedness from 1990-1992.
