Dr. Moran has been performing refractive surgery for seven years, and he was the first surgeon in the Lehigh Valley to perform laser vision correction.

Dr. Moran has performed over 1,000 refractive surgery procedures, many of which on local physicians including Dr. Frank Bobick, a fellow ophthalmologist and LASIK surgeon. He is a member of the Lehigh Valley Ophthalmology Society, the Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, and the American College of Refractive and Cataract Surgeons.

Dr. Moran is currently an Associate Clinical Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
