Kim
Robbins, M.D.
Kim Robbins, M.D. earned her medical
degree from the New York Medical College
and completed her residency at St.
Vincent's Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Robbins, a board certified ophthalmologist,
has served as a member of the board
and as advisor and medical director
for various national and Connecticut
eye-care organizations. Dr. Robbins
has trained with a world-renowned
refractive specialist and has years
of experience in refractive surgery,
having performed thousands of LASIK
procedures.

Peter
Staiger, M.D.
Peter Staiger, M.D. is an ophthalmologist
and surgeon at Robbins Eye Center.
Dr. Staiger is a summa cum laude graduate
of Hunter College, where he won the
Jonas E. Salk Award. He earned his
MD from New York Medical College and
served as chief resident at North
Shore University Hospital in Manhasset,
NY, before moving to Connecticut.

Ann M. Carrone, O.D.
While attaining her Doctor of Optometry
degree at the New England College
of Optometry in Boston, Ann M. Carrone,
O.D. served as a clinical intern in
a variety of health organizations
in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and
Connecticut. She received laser certification
for laser therapy of the anterior
segment from the New England College
of Optometry. Dr. Carrone is American
Board of Opticianry Certified and
is currently pursuing licensing in
Connecticut.

Evan Krawitz, O.D.
Evan Krawitz, O.D. earned his degree
from the New England College of Optometry,
Boston, and a B.S. in Biology from
York University, Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Krawitz spent several months in
Western Australia performing pediatric
vision training and routine contact
lens examinations at various eye-care
centers. National Board of Examiners
in Optometry certified, Dr. Krawitz
is experienced in ocular disease treatment
and laser co-management.

Catherine M. Ferentini, O.D.
Optometrist and Clinic Director for
Robbins Eye Center, Catherine M. Ferentini,
O.D. has extensive advanced therapeutic
optometry and practice management
experience. After receiving her Doctor
of Optometry degree from the University
of Houston, Dr. Ferentini worked as
an optometrist at CIGNA Healthcare
of Houston as well as an independent
optometrist practicing in a retail
environment. Dr. Catherine Ferentini
is a member of various national and
Connecticut eye-care organizations.
