"And
the blind shall see." After 22 years of contacts and glasses, being
able to see across the room IMMEDIATELY after surgery was no less than
a miracle to me.
I
arrived at the doctor's office at 3:15 and by 3:30 I was under the laser.
No pain, no discomfort. Just a bright red light and friendly voices
saying, " look at the red light April, you are doing good !" When it
was over the doctor took my hand and helped me off the table. Tears
of joy ran down my face as Ii realized I could see across the room.
It was a very emotional experience. I had been severely nearsighted
at -8.75 diopters in each eye. The next day I was seeing 20/25 and have
had no problems at all.
Dr.
Tylock and his staff are all extremely friendly and compassionate. I
have never had to wait more than 5 minutes upon arrival and I have always
been seen before my scheduled apointment time. If you are even considering
LASIK surgery, all i can recommend is JUST DO IT ! there is a WHOLE
world out there waiting for you to SEE like you have never seen it before
!
May God bless you,
April Gibbs
